As part of the services provided by Accoona.IT (Accoona Global, LLC), Client may receive licenses, subscriptions, or access to third-party software and services. These offerings are governed by the respective vendor’s terms and conditions in addition to Accoona’s Master Services Agreement (“MSA”).

By signing the MSA and selecting or using any of the services below, Client acknowledges and agrees to the applicable third-party terms.

    Client acknowledges and agrees to Microsoft's licensing terms and conditions, including but not limited to the Microsoft Customer Agreement and applicable Product Terms.

    Client acknowledges and agrees to Adobe's General Terms of Use and any applicable product-specific license terms.

    Client acknowledges and agrees to the SentinelOne Customer Solutions Terms applicable to services provided by Accoona.IT as a Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP).

    Key provisions include, but are not limited to:

    • Use of the solution is limited to Client's internal business operations
    • Restrictions on copying, modifying, or reselling the platform
    • Consent to collection and use of system and security data necessary to operate the service
    • Limitation of liability and warranty disclaimers related to cybersecurity performance
    • Requirement to comply with applicable export and security regulations
    General Terms
    • These third-party agreements are incorporated by reference into the Accoona.IT MSA.
    • In the event of a conflict, vendor terms will govern solely with respect to the applicable vendor service.
    • Client is responsible for reviewing the full terms via the links provided.
    • Continued use of any vendor service constitutes ongoing acceptance of those terms.

    By executing the Master Services Agreement, Client confirms that:

    • I have reviewed (or has been provided access to) the applicable vendor terms
    • I am authorized to accept such terms on behalf of their organization
    • I agree to be bound by the selected vendor agreements as part of their services with Accoona Global, LLC
